The lush native trees and birdlife spill over into this pocket of Wellington creating a wonderful space for children at this school. The design (by a third party) incorporates natural features which complement the surroundings and provide an inspiring nature-playground. We added our Pozi touch to this one by hand selecting a driftwood tree and relocating and installing it as a climbing feature.

We handpicked river boulders and re-positioned them for surrounding edging details and within a water-play feature. Raw materials further enhance the feel of the playground such as exposed copper plumbing braised to brass fixtures, exposed aggregate slabs with convex edging details and recycled and re-furbished macrocarpa furniture.
