Some clever design went in to transform this site incorporating simple levelling and positioning of garden planters and balustrades to minimise earthworks … And rightly so given all materials were either bucketed in or bucketed out.

This was a relatively quick and easy re-model job for the Pozi team but we managed to squeeze a fair few elements into the space which have resulted in a great backyard space for the family to enjoy. We are now anticipating the start of Phase 2 and 3 at this property in the near future.
